Working Hours; 08:30 am - 16:30 pm.

Salary: Paid to teacher scale

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Humanities Teacher to join our vibrant teaching community starting in April 2025. This role offers a temp-to-perm opportunity, concluding at the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent contract by July 2025 based on performance and organizational needs.

What You’ll Do

As a Humanities Teacher, you will:

Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and teach exciting, high-quality lessons across multiple humanities subjects, tailored to meet diverse learning styles.
Foster a Love of Learning: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and curiosity.
Support Student Success: Provide personalized feedback and support to help each student reach their full potential.
Develop Inspiring Curricula: Design a curriculum that meets educational standards and prepares students for success in an ever-changing world.
Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices, and participate in professional development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Education, History, Geography, Social Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
A valid teaching certification.
Proven experience teaching humanities subjects at the middle or high school level.
Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and instructional strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for education and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
