This is a hybrid role for a family living between Ladbroke Grove and Ibiza, requiring 3 days of work from their home and 2 days of remote work.
The position demands a fluent Spanish speaker with experience in house management, bookkeeping, and travel arrangements.

The start date is by the end of February, with the possibility of an earlier start for handover.

This is a hybrid role for a family who live between Ladbroke Grove and Ibiza - 3 days from the family home and 2 WFH. Daily hours 9am - 6pm.

You need to be a fluent Spanish speaker as the role includes house management, bookkeeping, research, travel arrangements, writing creative proposals, filing and organizing, liaising with clients and fastidious organisation of professional calendars and daily life the for the family both in London and Ibiza.

You must have the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work independently, be Mac literate and a confident driver. There will also be some travel involved in the role.

Start by end of Feb but earlier if available - there will be a handover.
