Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect with deep expertise in NetIQ to design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will lead the development of secure and scalable systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and alignment with best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement NetIQ IAM solutions, including Identity Manager, Access Manager, and eDirectory.
  • Integrate IAM systems with applications and directories, developing automated workflows.
  • Optimize and maintain IAM infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Enforce compliance with security standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Proven expertise in NetIQ Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity Manager, Access Manager, eDirectory, and SAML/OAuth protocols.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale IAM deployments and integrations.
  • Understanding of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Proficiency in scripting for automation (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript).
  • NetIQ Certified Professional (highly desirable).
