A great opportunity for an IBA Manager to bring their experience to an exciting and growing Lloyd's broker and shape the future direction of the IBA function.
The role will have a clear focus on process development, examples of which will include:
- Bringing the frontline credit control processes into the IBA team from producers
- Development and documentation of enhanced IBA and reconciliation processes
- Being a key person in the implementation of a new insurance system
- Management of an IBA legacy project
As IBA Manager the role will carry the full responsibility for the following:
- Production of the client money calculation in accordance with CASS5
- Ensuring the timely collection of premiums
- Management reporting including on aged debts, unallocated cash, funding and bad debts
- Staff management, mentoring and development
- Responsible for delivery of the monthly and year end close
- Assisting directly with complicated client ledger queries
- Involvement in further projects
- Assisting senior management more broadly with finance matters
