ICT Site Manager

Timeplan are currently working with an Outstanding Secondary School in central West London who are looking for an ICT Site Manager to start asap. This role will in an ongoing, temp to perm opportunity.

The role - ICT Site Manager

The successful candidate will help to contribution and be vital in overseeing and improving the schools IT Services to bolster educational and administrative operations. Your tasks will encompass delivering technological solutions, exceptional support, and driving ongoing enhancements.

Main Duties

  • Contribute to the operational management of IT Services supporting teaching,

Learning and administrative functions.

  • Assist in generating IT reports for monthly reporting cycles.
  • Managing your technicians, providing leadership and guidance.
  • Contribute to a sustainable strategy for technology refresh.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements.

Experience needed

You will have either technical qualifications in Windows Server or proven experience in Windows Server infrastructure. Evidence of further relevant professional development and training, such as Microsoft role-based certifications, will be advantageous.
