Your new job working as an IMR Technician means you will be responsible for providing an efficient Bureau Submissions Processing service to the business as well as complete Submission processing requests on IMR accurately. Duties will include assessing incoming processing requests for completeness, producing accurate and complete bureau documentation, processing Lors entries and using the SLA tracking tool to maintain the status of processing requests. You will liaise with Xchanging, underwriters, business units and Insurance Business Accounts (IBA) to resolve queries. Further duties will include maintaining status updates within the Unforwarded Balances report and the query/rejection log, liaising with IBA to ensure prompt payment of balances, file documentation electronically and alert manager of any deficiencies or suggested improvements for the team.What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as an IMR Technician will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have experience in a similar role handling Bureau Submissions Processing and have an understanding of Reinsurance as well as knowledge of Sequel Eclipse Broking being advantageous. You will have good communication and organisational skills, good technical and industry knowledge, an ability to multitask and meet deadlines and an ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.What you'll get in return
