Elite full-service law firm is seeking to hire a Legal PA on a permanent basis, to provide support to a team of Partners within their prestigious Innovation, Betting & Gaming practice group.

Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the fee-earners.
  • Organising business breakfasts, dinners, or smaller events.
  • Full management of travel and expenses for assigned fee-earners.
  • Prepare, amend, and proofread documents.
  • Proactive and advanced calendar management for assigned fee-earners (scheduling calls/meetings).
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the firm's billing systems.
  • Supporting fee-earners with monitoring and addressing unpaid bills.
  • Coordinate the WIP lists and billing on behalf of Partners.

Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Legal PA / Secretary within a recognised law firm.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment.
