INSIGHT DIRECTOR (BROADCASTING/CLIENT-SIDE)

We're working closely with one of the leading broadcasters in the U, who are looking to bolster its research team with a talented Insight Director. This role will focus primarily on generating insights on performance across the UK, and working closely with senior stakeholders to help bolster performance and lead innovation in the TV sector. You'll be working closely with wider teams withing the organization, and lead a growing insight function!
THE ROLE:
The Insight Director will have the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior stakeholders including C-suite
- Work across a range of insight projects related to improving organisational performance
- Work with third party vendors and key stakeholders to develop new evaluation methods.
- Drive key initiatives across the business
- Presenting key insights and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders across the wider teams
- Manage junior team members, anywhere from 2-4 reports
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Insight Director will have:
- Background in the TV/media industry
- Knowledge of tools such as TechEdge or BARB are preferred but not essential
- Experience presenting insights to various stakeholders
- The ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A commercial mindset, and experience working with sales team
- A mix of agency and client-side experience would be preferable
