Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor, 3-8 Years PQE, London, £Excellent + Benefits. You will join a multi-award-winning law firm. JOB REF: 8145Are you an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor looking to advance your career with a leading law firm? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-respected team in London.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling both contentious and non-contentious transactional restructuring and insolvency matters.
  • Advising on restructuring strategies, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in court.
  • Collaborating with financial advisors and regulatory authorities to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members (if applicable).
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3-8 Years PQE gained at a leading law firm.
  • Strong expertise in restructuring and insolvency law.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to offer exceptional client care.
  • Experience supervising more junior members is advantageous.
