Joining the Agile Talent Community as an Interim File Reviewer, you will have the freedom to work on projects that you choose, whether full or part-time within Regulatory team and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments.

Skills we are looking for
  • Experience in reviewing client files for compliance, accuracy, and adherence to service standards within Financial Services sector.
  • The ability to thoroughly review and assess client files, identifying discrepancies and ensuring that all elements of the service provided align with the client agreement and regulatory requirements.
  • The capacity to interpret complex client files, analyse service delivery, and assess whether the advice provided is consistent with agreed terms and meets regulatory standards.
  • A strong understanding of relevant regulatory standards, such as FCA rules, COBS (Conduct of Business Sourcebook), and client agreement requirements.
  • The ability to clearly communicate findings, whether in reports or discussions with colleagues.
  • Effective management of time and tasks to handle multiple client files efficiently, ensuring all reviews are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
