Description
An Interim Recruitment Coordinator to:
- Support the wider recruitment team with operational recruitment activity- Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate interview processes- Oversee all related recruitment administrative tasks
- Manage the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions and adverts through to coordinating interviews
- Manage the ATS to ensure this is kept up to date
- Facilitate the on-boarding processes for new hires- Ensure all candidates compliance has been collated ahead of starting
- Support on adhoc projects
Profile
The Talent Resourcing Partner will have:
- Previous recruitment experience essential
- Experience using an ATS system
- Previous experience working in an education setting essential
- Able to start from November
Job Offer
- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
- Hybrid Working
