We're seeking an experienced Royalty Professional to join a growing London-based music group, starting in early January! In this interim role, you'll be supporting the Royalty Accounting Team by ensuring timely and accurate payments to stakeholders, whilst also contributing to the smooth operation of royalties processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, input, and analyse royalty statements
  • Assist with processing and distributing payments to artists, writers, composers, and producers, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
  • Load royalty statements and perform tests and controls to ensure compliance with contracts
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Royalties team, resolving complex issues as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in royalty accounting or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately within a small margin of error
  • Collaborative, proactive and interest in the music industry
  • Availability to start in early January 2025
