We are seeking an experienced Tester to join a London Borough’s. You will play a key role in the testing and rollout of innovative solutions, including Voice, AI, and Telephony systems, in a structured Agile environment. This is a greenfield opportunity where you will establish testing frameworks from scratch while contributing to other cutting-edge projects such as Direct Debit as a Service, CRM, and AI pilot projects.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute test plans for Voice, AI, and Telephony systems, focusing on incoming call processes and service area rollouts.
- Set up and maintain a testing environment in a greenfield environment.
- Agile working to support sprints (currently in the second sprint).
- Test technology solutions including Blue Prism and conversation process automation tools.
- Ensure quality and consistency in testing deliverables across multiple projects.
- Support additional projects such as CRM integration and AI pilots.
- Document and track defects using JIRA and Confluence.
- Proven experience with test methodologies and hands-on testing in Agile environments.
- Expertise with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Demonstrable ability to set up and execute greenfield testing environments.
- Experience with Blue Prism and similar automation technologies.
- Familiarity with conversation process automation and telephony testing.
- Understanding of local government operations and project environments.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of AI and CRM technologies.
