Interim Transformation Lead Situation:

My Client is a PE backed SaaS Business. The Private Equity house have taken a majority stake and are now looking to drive growth through acquisition. The business before this acquisition was a profitable, platform with growth equity, that was already launching products in the US and across EMEA that were AI driven, gaining them increased traction and scale.

The Role:

The Finance Transformation Lead's role is in essence to:

* Integrate all incoming acquisitions

* Integrate into their NetSuite system.

* Align, cleanse, transform and improve the incoming systems and data.

* Drive improvement of the function.

* Potentially support across the Fp&A function driving improvement and transparency to better align with PE's needs. Challenges:

* Incoming acquisitions have disparate, complex and international entities.

* Systems and reporting information is diverse and complex.

* Business is in high growth mode, with function demands constantly changing.

* Role demands may expand as time goes on as the need of the business grow.
