Tanager Wealth Management is an innovative provider of financial planning and investment solutions.

We seek a Junior to Mid-Level Internal Tech Specialist to join our growing team, who is innately curious, and able to work with direction to solve various technology puzzles important to the business.

Opportunity

This role will be pivotal in managing and enhancing our cloud-based systems, including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other specialised applications. You will work closely with our CTO and cross-functional teams to develop solutions that address business challenges through effective technology integration.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

About the Role

Collaboration: Engage with business teams to understand their challenges and translate.

these into technical solutions, working cross-functionally with various departments and technology partners.

Integration Development: Utilise APIs to create and maintain integrations between our SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.

Workflow Automation: Identify opportunities for automating business processes, research and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Data Management: Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, and management as it moves between systems.

Salesforce Customisation: Implement basic enhancements and configurations in Salesforce to align with business needs.

Cloud Administration: Manage and administer Microsoft Azure, Teams, and SharePoint to optimise collaboration and data management.

Security and Compliance: Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect systems and data, ensuring compliance with regulations and safeguarding sensitive information.

Project Management: Independently manage your workload, balancing day-to-day tasks with longer-term projects.

Strategy Development: Participate in the development and implementation of technology strategies and roadmaps.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary:£35,000 to £45,000, dependent on experience.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Discretionary quarterly and annual bonuses based on individual and company performance.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office & 2 days remotely (subject to probationary period).

Skills and Experience

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business teams and translate technical concepts.

Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address business challenges.

Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

At least 2 years experience in a hands-on technical role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Teams, and SharePoint administration.

Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft certifications is a plus.

Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.

Familiarity with Docker or serverless app development/deployment.

Good understanding of API usage for SaaS integrations.
