A highly regarded law firm in London is seeking a talented Solicitor to join its growing Trade Marks team.

You will play a key role in the firm’s Trade Marks practice, handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. You will work closely with various teams and a diverse client base, managing trade mark portfolios and advising on strategic brand protection.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting trade mark searches, filings and handling responses
- Managing opposition proceedings and overseas filing programmes
- Advising clients on trade mark protection strategies
- Handling contentious matters, including litigation, where required
- Engaging in business development activities to support the firm’s growth
- Collaborating with colleagues across different teams and client accounts
Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ PQE with experience in non-contentious trade mark work
- Qualified to practice in the courts of England and WalesÂ
- Exposure to opposition proceedings and overseas trade mark filings
- Litigation experience is required
- Strong AcademicsÂ
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team while managing individual responsibilities
- A commercial mindset with a proactive and client-focused approach
