Youwill provide the first point of contact to assist solicitors and support staff with all IT issues, networked PCs, laptops, telephones, mobile phones, and remote working related issues

Main responsibilities

Day to-day support of users including: Microsoft Office 365

General issues/problems arising for users: MS Teams/Conference Calling, Outlook, Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Publisher.

MUST be able to assist withsupport for meeting rooms for A/V usage..
