IT Administrator required to work for a well known supermarket chain and they are paying between (Apply online only) per day, inside IR35 and will be for a minimum of 3 months. initially this will be on site in Tolworth, then there is scope for either hybrid or remote working.
They are looking for someone to carry out the following:
- Manage the day to day Ticketing system - Junior Level
- Admin work
- Handling the tickets and make sure they are being distributed correctly
- Creating Presentations for weekly stand up with all the projects that are going on
- report on the amount of tickets that are coming through
- Creating charts
- Summarising data
- Progression on tickets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Excellent with Microsoft Office - especially Powerpoint
I am looking for someone that either has an IT admin background or someone who is familiar with IT and has excellent MS Office skills.
