Key skills needed:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role

- Experience liaising and negotiating with vendors, 3rd parties, and internal staff
- Proficiency with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Role overview:
- Diary management
- Booking training sessions for users
- Supplier management
- Setting up new starters and processing leavers' departures
- Conducting audit checks
- Handling stock checks and deliveries
