Role:
My client is looking for an IT Engineer to come and take charge of their IT shared services across multiple businesses. You'll play a pivotal role in managing the infrastructure, managing hardware and software, and resolving technical challenges. This position involves maintaining systems, optimising IT performance, and providing day-to-day support. This is a sole role and will allow you to gain lots of experience and exposure.
- Manage on-boarding/off-boarding processes for hardware and software.
- Maintain IT assets across facilities and teams both on-site and remote.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and security protocols.
- Troubleshoot service outages and implement root cause solutions.
- Ensure facility wide secure infrastructure, collaborating on projects and service levels.
- Support in and out of business hours to meet deadlines and deliver solutions.
Profile:To apply for this role you must have 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role.
We're looking for a proactive, resourceful problem solver with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Autopilot, cloud storage, and gaming platforms.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, network, and security architecture.
- Experience in managing physical, cloud, and virtualized environments.
- Advanced troubleshooting, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to IT processes that align with business goals.
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

- London (5 days a week in the office)
