Japanese speaking Amadeus Ticketing Officer - Job Description:

  • Handling all aspects of international airline ticket issuance
  • Issuing and arranging international air tickets using Amadeus
  • Fare calculations, settlement tasks, processing changes, cancellations, and refunds
  • Preparing quotes, registering tariffs, and handling customer inquiries (by phone and email)
  • Supporting the Sales Manager
  • Performing other related administrative duties

Japanese speaking Amadeus Ticketing Officer - Requirements:

  • Japanese to mother tongue standard and business-level English
  • Previous work experience in the travel industry is essential
  • Experience in using Amadeus is a must
  • Experience in arranging international air tickets (especially ticketing and settlement experience is highly welcomed)
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
