Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer with a strong background in cloud migration, microservices architecture, and containerized environments to lead our engineering team in a high-impact cloud transformation. This role will involve overseeing the migration of over 120 microservices to AWS, building new services, and driving cloud-native innovations with technologies like Kubernetes and Istio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Migration Leadership: Lead the migration of over 120 microservices to the cloud, ensuring best practices in architecture, security, and scalability.
  • Microservices Design: Architect and develop microservices on AWS, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and project goals.
  • Mentorship & Best Practices: Provide mentorship on software engineering and cloud-native design, with a focus on microservices, Docker, and Istio.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitLab, Helm, and Argo CD for efficient and secure deployments.
