Are you an exceptional communicator with a passion for sales? We’re looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Part-Time Tele Sales Consultants. If you have skills for connecting with new people and a proven track record in sales, this is your chance to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to 80-100 working professionals or prospective students daily, promoting our and our partner’s training programs and other digital products.
  • Identify and generate prospects by understanding their upskilling needs based on their interests.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our programs through phone or video counselling, building a robust pipeline.
  • Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly enrolment targets.
  • Ensure a positive experience for every prospective client and customer.
  • Complete required call sheets at the end of each day.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Excel is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Own laptop and cell phone required.
  • Fluent in English and other languages.
  • Minimum of 1-2 year experience in telesales and face-to-face sales, in education sector or publishing industry.
