Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to 80-100 working professionals or prospective students daily, promoting our and our partner’s training programs and other digital products.
- Identify and generate prospects by understanding their upskilling needs based on their interests.
- Provide comprehensive information about our programs through phone or video counselling, building a robust pipeline.
- Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly enrolment targets.
- Ensure a positive experience for every prospective client and customer.
- Complete required call sheets at the end of each day.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems and Excel is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Own laptop and cell phone required.
- Fluent in English and other languages.
- Minimum of 1-2 year experience in telesales and face-to-face sales, in education sector or publishing industry.

- The role is self-employed with flexitime.
- Commission only on target earnings of 40k
- Competitive basic salary with high commission and a full-time opportunity will be available, after achieving targets for three months and meeting additional conditions.
