4Site is recruiting for an Assistant/Junior BMS Project Manager on behalf of a leading organization in the building management systems (BMS) sector. This is an exceptional opportunity for BMS installers or engineers looking to transition off the tools into their first project management role.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant/Junior BMS Project Manager, you will:

  • Support lead project managers within the BMS division.
  • Manage sub-contractors effectively.
  • Create and manage project programmes.
  • Handle contract management responsibilities.
  • Ensure adherence to the company’s health & safety standards.
  • Maintain quality assurance across all project aspects.
  • Oversee document control processes.
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of BMS processes, from inception to installation completion.
  • Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player with the ability to support colleagues and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn construction health & safety practices.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in supervising staff and coordinating teams.

Requirements:

  • Must be well-presented and professional.
  • Must have permission to work in the UK without restrictions.
