Junior DevOps Engineer - AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes - Remote working (UK only) £45k

I’m searching for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join a successful multi-national software house with offices in London. Working as part of their DevOps team, they can offer a supportive environment to learn new skills on the job and progress your knowledge of DevOps tooling and processes.

I’m looking for someone with 2 years of commercial experience in an AWS DevOps role who can demonstrate relevant skills and experience in DevOps tooling and processes. Any experience or Certification in Cloud Security would be beneficial. As a DevOps team, they are looking for people with a passion for technology who keep up to date with the latest developments and will bring ideas on how the latest tools or approaches will benefit their Software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IaC using Terraform, Kubernetes clusters in AWS, containerization using Docker, CI/CD pipelines

• Optimise applications for performance and scalability

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues

• Improving Cloud Security and implementing security recommendations

Requirements

• Good knowledge of AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux

• An understanding of Cloud Security

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Any AWS or Security Certifications would be beneficial but are not essential - Such as 'AWS Certified Security - Specialty'.

Salary: Up to £45,000 + benefits

Duration: Permanent

Location: Remote working - occasional visits to the London office
