About the Role:

Join our Energy Intelligence Team as a Junior Energy Analyst, supporting operations and engineering with critical data analysis and reporting. You'll play a key role in monitoring and improving energy performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and contributing to energy budgets and reports. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow into a leading industry specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, monitor, and report on plant performance, including thermal and electrical efficiencies.
  • Maintain and develop data collection systems for accurate reporting.
  • Analyse energy schemes for trends, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Calculate energy revenues and costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Support the team in ensuring regulatory, sustainability, and incentive reporting requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Minimum 2:1 degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills.
  • Understanding of district energy, CHP, and heating/cooling systems.
  • Positive, proactive approach with a desire to develop within the energy sector.
