THIS ROLE IS FULLY REMOTE

Our client is a large public sector organisation and looking for a Junior HR professional to join their team

This is initially a 5 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate

To be considered for this role you will possess the below

You’ll already have some experience working in a HR function, most likely as an administrator or officer looking for that next step in your career.

Our preference is for you to be CIPD L3. You’ll have some knowledge of employment law and will be confident in your knowledge of processes and procedures to support our leaders. As a People Advisor, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating workload and conflicting priorities.

You’ll work autonomously, managing your own caseload and case work, effectively managing your priorities to meet the needs of the business. We work as a team, so you’ll be confident in escalating cases where appropriate and will be willing and eager to grow your expertise through coaching from our ER Partners. Occasional travel may be required within our area of operation so a driving licence and use of car for business purposes is essential.

Operating region covers Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
