Junior Lettings Negotiator - Crouch End

£18,000 + Commission (£35,000 - £45,000 OTE) and Car Allowance

Our client based in and around the North and Northwest London area have a fantastic opportunity to become part of an award-winning, Multi office independent family-run estate agency. They are a well-recognised and respected brand within the area and the industry. They are looking for a Junior Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team in the Crouch End area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting viewings and letting properties
  • A confident valuer/ lister with a strong instruction ratio
  • Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
  • Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
  • Facilitating a let through to move in
  • Previous lettings experience is essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.

The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
