  Our client who are a Private Bank are looking to expand their support team! If you are An administrator / Junior Team PA looking for your next opportunity, look no further! You’ll be looking after the CEO with some support to the HR Director, this is initially a 12 month contract with a view to go perm. PA duties:  
  • Diary management; arranging meetings, including setting up video calls and in person meetings
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Market monitoring e.g. maintaining calendars of industry events shared across the team
  • Ad hoc administration, such as office stocks and supplies
  Ideal Team PA will have:  
  • Previous experience providing support in a similar, fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and flexible approach
  • Professional and discreet
  • Desire to be part of a successful and growing team
