Covers: 200 daily, 800+ on weekends

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sous Chef to join a thriving Italian brasserie in Central London. This high-volume, fast-paced restaurant serves authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine and is looking for a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to support and oversee the team.

The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have experience in pasta, pizza, and grill sections and will be confident working across all stations. There is a strong focus on quality ingredients and seasonal specials, with chefs having input into menu development.
