About the job:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
Leading a section and ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards
Maintaining quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation
Overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs
Supporting and mentoring junior chefs to develop their skills
Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
Contributing ideas for menu development and innovation

About you:

Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellence
Passion for great food and a keen eye for detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
