Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join an established brasserie and assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen.
Candidates must have at least NVQ2 in Cookery and experience at the Junior Sous Chef level in a French restaurant.
Longevity in previous roles is essential for this position.
The role offers a great work-life balance, working mainly Monday to Friday with a total of 42 hours per week.

We are recruiting for a strong Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef of an established brasserie, managing the kitchen and training and mentoring the team.

You will have at least NVQ2 in Cookery as well as experience to at least Junior Sous Chef level in a French restaurant. Longevity in previous roles is essential
