Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes, bringing fresh ideas to the table
Team Support & Development: Support and mentor junior team members providing guidance and training to help them grow and improve their skills. You will foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork during service
