As a Junior Sous Chef, you will:

Assist the Sous Chef in managing food production and ensuring the highest standards of quality
Supervise the preparation of regular food items and special functions
Ensure kitchen areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Motivate and support members of the brigade
Contribute to maintaining exceptional levels of service

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
