Junior Tester

Junior Tester/QA - Paying 150 PAYE (Do not apply if you won't accept this amount, non negotiable)

Background:Join a dynamic team responsible for building products that pay royalties to content and non-content partners. As these products are released, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensures they are fit for use. The UAT work is currently split across multiple software engineering functions, resulting in decreased development and bug resolution efficiency. We need your support to enhance the UAT process.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up test environments
• Identifying, documenting, and escalating bugs, tracking them through to resolution
• Understanding and executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Primarily executing test cases following runbooks

Requirements:

• 1+ years of testing experience
• Eligible to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
• Prior UAT execution experience
  • Technical Skills:Comfortable setting up iOS, Android, and other test environments (e.g., setting up VPN proxy for region-specific testing)
  • Ensuring test environments meet criteria
  • Non-Technical Skills:Autonomous and proactive in seeking help when needed
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships quickly

Nice to Have:

• Experience in finance-related testing (revenue, royalties, accounting)
