Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for Key Stage 1 students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and independent thinking.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative learning community.
- Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback and targeted support for improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to maintain curriculum consistency and interdisciplinary learning opportunities.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching Key Stage 1.
- Sound knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and structured learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with young children, parents, and colleagues.
