As a KS2 Intervention Assistant, you will plan and deliver engaging intervention sessions for KS2 children who may be struggling to keep up with their peers. You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure all students receive the support they need to thrive. Using your experience and knowledge as a KS2 Intervention Assistant, you will have the opportunity to motivate and inspire small groups of students, helping them develop essential skills and confidence.
Essential Criteria:
- A KS2 Intervention Assistant with a BA degree from a top UK university.
- Previous experience working with and leading groups of children in a school or similar setting.
- A proactive and energetic individual who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
