KS2 Teacher

The Role:
I am looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher for a one-year fixed term contract. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a rich and engaging curriculum while fostering a love for learning in every child. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and forward-thinking school.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all pupils to thrive.
Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEND and EAL.
Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support holistic student outcomes.
Uphold safeguarding and school policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will:

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have experience teaching at KS2.
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
Have a strong understanding of inclusive practices and be skilled in adapting teaching to meet diverse learner needs.
Be committed to fostering a positive and nurturing classroom ethos.
Bring energy, creativity, and a desire to continually improve as an educator.
