L&D Specialist - Fixed Term Contract through to 31st March 2026
Pay - 190 - 330 per day PAYE

Our client, a leading organisation in the EMEA region, is seeking an experienced L&D Specialist to join their team. As an L&D Specialist, you will have the opportunity to manage and maintain the delivery of the core curriculum, including planning and vendor liaison. You will also be responsible for delivering longer-term L&D initiatives, designing and evaluating learning events, and facilitating various workshops and seminars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the delivery of the core curriculum, including planning and vendor liaison for internal workshops, seminars, and resources.
- Deliver programme management for assigned longer-term L&D initiatives, including Management Development.
- Scope, design, deliver, review, and evaluate learning events, activities, resources, and programmes.
- Facilitate and support a range of learning and development sessions, including workshops and focus groups.
- Use LMS/LXP technology to efficiently communicate and oversee administration of the internal L&D offering.
- Lead, gather, and contribute to learning and development projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering L&D services.
- Strong L&D planning experience, including forecasting demand, planning curriculum logistics, and managing delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Familiarity with Learning Technologies (SuccessFactors or another LMS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and solve problems in an ambiguous environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Experience working with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- High level of IT literacy, particularly MS Office applications.
