Land & Measured Building Surveyor
Central London
Salary: 28,000 - 36,000, based on experience and level
We are currently looking for a Land & Measured Building Surveyors to join a renowned team operating in Greater London. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in land and measured building surveys across large-scale commercial sites.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct a balanced mix of topographical and measured building surveys using Leica Total Stations and laser scanning equipment
- Work primarily within the M25, with the flexibility of occasional travel and overnight stays as required
- Engage in data processing and ensure high accuracy in survey drawings using the latest surveying software and equipment.
- Collaborate with a friendly and supportive team known for its inclusive culture and high retention, benefitting from extensive mentorship from experienced surveyors.
Requirements:
- A valid UK driving licence (pool cars are available for shared use).
- Must live near the office (Central London) for ease of travel to Greater London projects.
