Lead AWS Engineer

6 month initial contract, £650-£700/day inside

London, 2/3 days onsite

My client is seeking a strong AWS Engineer to join the team in London, one of the major parts of the project is to migrate over 120 microservices to the cloud (and create new microservices as well).

Key Skills required:

  • AWS
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in microservice architecture and container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Proven experience with Istio
  • Experience in Java programming and the Spring framework
  • In-depth knowledge in using tools such as Terraform, Helm, kubectl
  • Banking / High-Performance Compute platform experience would be an advantage.
