Are you a passionate and experienced Lead Chef wanting an amazing experience all under one roof.Chef Zone has thebiggest event of the yearopportunity youve been looking for! 17 Days working straight or 5/7 weekly shifts at Wimbledon. Come and join the Chef Zone.
The beauty of working as a temporary candidate with Chef Zone is that youll get the flexibility of the hours youd like so you are in control of your schedule. You will also have the opportunity to work with many excellent celebrity chefs, awesome restaurants and professional kitchens throughout the championships.
- Skills and qualifications we are looking for:
- Ability to manage all food production and presentation
- Strong understanding of food specifications and capability to communicate this information to the wider team of chefs
- Ensure that preparation and presentation of food comply with the food safety manual
- Ability to complete and maintain food safety records and react to any issues quickly and effectively
- Allergen expert level 2
- Food safety level 3
- Experience delivering full briefings to both front and back of house teams
- The ability to deliver large volumes of covers within a set timeframe for large events and dinners
- Calm under pressure
