Job Title: Lead Engineer

Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £47,000 to £55,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Main Duties:
- Leading a team of maintenance engineers
- Delegating PPM's & to ensure all PPM's are completed within the time scale provided
- Responsible for general admin tasks
- Liaising with building managers and sub contractors
- Involved in hands on maintenance
- Diagnosing issues and reporting back to the line managers
- Keeping an accurate log of completed PPM's
- Flexibility working on minor reactive issues
- Ensuring all client related requests are met and to the expected standards
- Provide technical support and reports for your line manager
- Keeping your team well informed with any issues or changes within the working environment
- Assist with managing rota, holiday requests and sick cover
Qualifications Needed:
NVQ or City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical bias
Mechanical or Electrical biased UK degree
Previous experience working in commercial buildings
Approved person (Desirable)
Experience managing a team within a maintenance environment
