What You'll Do:
  • Support and Guide: Manage and develop a team of skilled SDETs, conducting performance reviews and contributing to hiring decisions.

  • 8+ Years Experience: A strong background in test development, with at least 2 years of experience managing a small team.
  • Java Expertise: A solid understanding of Java and object-oriented programming.
  • Agile Experience: Familiar with applying test practices within an agile environment.
  • Technical Know-how: Experience with tools like JUnit, TestNG, and backend testing.
