- Work alongside the wider L&D team to coordinate, facilitate and support in the design of training programmes across EMEA
- Speak with internal and external speakers and support with the design and coordination of trainings
- Lead, and conduct training programmes for firm Trainees and other Early Career classes
- Work closely with the Graduate Recruitment team to identify and coordinate training needs for future Trainees
- Act as an ambassador for the L&D function within the firm and build the awareness for training programmes on offer
- Champion use of the global LMS for booking courses, providing feedback, and viewing recordings
- Support on ad hoc HR projects across EMEA
- 3+ years HR and L&D experience in a legal firm or other professional services firm is essential
- A demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in learning and development
- Experience supporting Early Careers / Trainees is a bonus
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Systems savvy and a keen eye for optimisation opportunities
