  • Work alongside the wider L&D team to coordinate, facilitate and support in the design of training programmes across EMEA
  • Speak with internal and external speakers and support with the design and coordination of trainings
  • Lead, and conduct training programmes for firm Trainees and other Early Career classes
  • Work closely with the Graduate Recruitment team to identify and coordinate training needs for future Trainees
  • Act as an ambassador for the L&D function within the firm and build the awareness for training programmes on offer
  • Champion use of the global LMS for booking courses, providing feedback, and viewing recordings
  • Support on ad hoc HR projects across EMEA
  What is the company looking for? 
  • 3+ years HR and L&D experience in a legal firm or other professional services firm is essential
  • A demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in learning and development
  • Experience supporting Early Careers / Trainees is a bonus
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
