Sounds like you? A school based in Westminster is on the hunt for a confident and resilient individual to take on a rewarding role working with children who have Autism and ADHD as a Learning Behaviour Assistant

Learning Behaviour Assistant | The role:
  • Assist with the provision of support for an individual student with social, emotional and/or behaviour difficulties, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
  • Develop 1:1 mentoring relationship with identified pupil.
  • Work alongside teachers and SLT to promote the effective use of behaviour management strategies.
  • To act as a motivator, role model and advocate for young people.
  • Pay of up to £95 per day via PAYE (weekly pay).
Learning Behaviour Assistant | Do you qualify?
  • Must have previous experience with children who have additional learning needs in a school setting.
  • Degree educated, with a minimum of a 2:1.
  • Confident dealing with resistant behaviour.
  • Strong communication skills and patience.
