Description
- Providing administrative support to the legal and HR teams.
- Supporting on a range of commercial agreements, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
- Supporting on recruitment and employment matters
- Handling confidential documents and maintaining an organised filing system.
- Owning the data protection process, responding to DSARs and staying on top of GDPR regulations, making sure the business is compliant.
- Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Managing HR records and updating HR systems as necessary.
- Supporting the legal team in contract administration.
- Preparing legal correspondence and reports.
- Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Profile
A successful Legal & HR Assistant should have:
- A degree in Law, HR or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in a similar role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry would be advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
