Seeking a dedicated Legal & HR Assistant to provide comprehensive support in the Legal and HR Department of a Theatre company. The ideal candidate will be well organised, efficient, and capable of managing various tasks concurrently.

Description

  • Providing administrative support to the legal and HR teams.
  • Supporting on a range of commercial agreements, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
  • Supporting on recruitment and employment matters
  • Handling confidential documents and maintaining an organised filing system.
  • Owning the data protection process, responding to DSARs and staying on top of GDPR regulations, making sure the business is compliant.
  • Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Managing HR records and updating HR systems as necessary.
  • Supporting the legal team in contract administration.
  • Preparing legal correspondence and reports.
  • Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

Profile

A successful Legal & HR Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Law, HR or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry would be advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
