A US Law firm in the City of London seek an experienced Litigation Legal PA to join them on a permanent basis!

This is a busy role, looking after 2 great Partners.

The hybrid policy is 4 days in 1 from home and the role will pay 55-60k depending on level of experience + benefits and bonus!

The key responsibilities for the Legal PA are:

  • Diary management- coordinate meetings, global travel and conferences
  • Update and maintain calendars
  • Organise client lunches/dinner, and events
  • Book meeting rooms and logistics for events
  • Processing of expenses
  • Billing
  • Create and maintain case files
  • Open new matters
  • Format/edit legal documents in all MS packages
  • Create documents when needed
  • Conduct searches
